This is a hotel go-to for Old Orchard Beach! I would say it's relaxing base for staying and exploring Old Orchard Beach. The setting is excellent and great, just next door to the ocean.

The hotel was located right by where the shops, the stores, and area attractions and the beach. In general the staff were courteous and great. The property's position was unbeatable, right in the heart of town.

The staff from start to finish were very very nice. The location close to the beach was excellent. The hotel was placed within 19 miles of the airport.

Every time in Old Orchard Beach, I choose this place. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and include a fridge, a cooktop, and kitchenware. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very nice staff.

ocean house hotel & motel was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. cozy rooms, strong shower water pressure, and friendly staff made for a positive experience. cleanliness and well-equipped kitchenette were also a plus.

Bathroom faucet was a disappointment.

The location was incredible, just a short walk to the beach and the pier. The convenience of being so close to the center made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area had to offer. Plus, the price was very reasonable, which was a definite bonus. Another great aspect was the comfort of the bed. After a long day of exploring, it was fantastic to sink into a cozy bed and get a good night's sleep.

One thing that could have been improved upon was the lack of an ice bucket in the room. It would have been nice to have that amenity readily available.

I recently stayed at Ocean House Hotel & Motel for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the stores and beach.
